Ontel SWSMAX Swivel Sweeper, Purple

Great little & light sweeper. We've bought several of these and they work very well on hardwood/tile floors and OK on carpet. They will collect hair & fiber in the brushes and the joints that hold the brushes in. It is easy to remove the brushes and get them out but time consuming to clean hair out of them. But these little sweeper's work well and are affordable.

I own several of these handy gems, one on each floor of home. Works well on carpet and hard floors; Picks up sand, pine needles, daily traffic debris etc. I even use one in the garage and basement. Lightweight, easy to use and store.

It works as expected

I absolutely love the Swivel Sweeper. My mom gifted me my very first Swivel Sweeper over 20 years ago and it is one of the best gifts I ever received. I now gift them to my sisters, nieces and friends. It is so lightweight and perfect for those quick pick-ups. I always have an extra spare just in case or to give as a gift. It is a good idea to purchase extra battery packs.

Been using this sweeper for years now and it is the best in my opinion. It’s great on hardwood floors and rugs, lightweight, cordless and fits under furniture.

I love this sweeper...I found this swivel sweeper while visiting a friend...she used it in her kitchen and I was amazed how compact but powerful it is. I have used this sweeper for years. I love how you can remove the "bristles" and clean them for better sweeping. Highly recommend

This is the 4th one I've bought over about the past 20 years. Very lightweight, easy to empty debris, can be fully disassembled for cleaning the brushes. Picks up small, dry spills/dirt very easily.

I had one of these growing up and really enjoyed using it. After a decade and a half I remembered this thing existed and found it on Amazon. It was a fair bit more expensive than I remembered ($50 vs $30 years ago) but inflation I guess; so I went ahead. When arrived I see there were some welcomed changes to the tray vs the original, this one you don't have to take it all the way out and instead a flap can be opened to quickly dump it, nice. I threw the battery on the charger and plugged it in. After less than a second of being plugged in it started crackling and hissing. I immediately unplugged it in fear of it catching fire. I thought maybe it's a loose connection or something so I tried it again in a different plug, this time the light just dimmed like it was being sorted so I took it out again. Not knowing if it was the charger or battery that was bad I put the battery in the sweeper to test. The sweeper worked EXCELENT! I ended up spending more ($20) for a different charger from another seller. When the replacement charger came first thing I noticed was that the new one was twice the weight as the one that came with the sweeper. Checked output voltages and the one that came with was 8.4v where as the replacement was 7.5. Plugged it in and the replacement does not crackle, hiss, or dim- and after letting it charge the sweeper is working even better. Seems the charger included was incorrect and cheaply made, if you buy this you should expect to buy a different one and include in your price calculation. The included one is probably why many of these reviews cite that theirs stopped working/battery won't hold a charge. Overall it costed way more than I intended on paying, but honestly I would do it again. It's a really great sweeper!
