I recently purchased the BedStory Firm Mattress Topper, and it has completely changed my sleep experience. I found this topper was everything I hoped for. It expanded fully in about 12 hours. There was no unpleasant odor. It fit our queen sized bed well, and we were able put our fitted sheets over the topper and our mattress at the same time. The topper is nice and firm without feeling like a rock. I am very happy with this topper. Five stars from me.

The seller responded to my first review asking me to send a picture of the measurement, which I did. They responded by offering me a $40 credit for the incorrect measurement. That is great customer service and I've added a star as a result.Original Review: First off, it's not 3 inches it's barely 2 1/2. But of course don't expect the seller to give you any credit.I like a firm mattress but this is too firm even for me. It's hard, not firm. Big difference. But since you can't return it, I added another soft cushy mattress topper that I had that is more like a mattress pad and that helped a lot. It's comfortable now and fortunately my sheets still fit.Expensive so I'm hoping it lasts.

So far, I like it! Got my dad a 4-inch topper a few years ago. It added too much height to the bed and was too squishy. This is a better one and good at 3-inches. It is also offered at a 4-inch but the "firm side" is still only 1-inch on the 3-inch and the 4-inch model. I think the 1-to-2 ratio on the 3-inch makes more sense. I'm using the "firm side" up but you can also use the softer side up. I like the firmness and chose this topper because there is a firm side. But it's not too firm. Just enough to give some support. I slept well the very first night. Has straps to hold in place, however, still moves just a bit if you consistently enter/exit on one side of the bed. Other review correct that it's cut a tad large. But all in all, I like. Price is competitive, too.

I’m so glad I made this purchase. My mom loves it. We put some hard plank wood on the current mattress and put this on top of it. The bed looks flat like normal but added a lot additional support on the lower back area. And it’s convenient to move around to the floor or other rooms.

After reading many reviews, I purchased this topper for a new mattress that I recently purchased (from Amazon). Although the mattress is comfortable, I wanted a memory foam topper that was firm. I let the topper air out for 3 days (72 hours) and I flipped it over to the “extra firm” side the first night. I woke up with body aches and flipped it back to the “firm” side. Night 2, a bit more comfortable but still FIRM! I’m hoping that it will break in over a few weeks and become softer and more comfortable over time. THIS IS A VERY FIRM MATTRESS TOPPER!

This topper is very well made & has a pretty cover. Unfortunately, it was a little too firm for my bad hip. It's supposed to be firm so I can't fault the topper. I have a mattress that's too soft so I was hoping it would help counteract, which it did. It does have a little give so someone without pain might really enjoy.

Love how firm it is. It’s great on my back and have been sleeping better. But holy mackerel, does it smell like a wet dog who has been licking it self. It smells awful.
