This shoe support is amazing. It works great for plantar fasciitis and also for tibial tendonitis which I was first diagnosed with over a year ago and bought some inserts from a foot doctor for over $60. They did help some but I suffered with the tendonitis for over a year before I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. I then found these inserts on Amazon for an amazing price and the reviews were good so I figured I would give them a try. They are actually better than the ones I got from the foot doctor!! I would highly recommend these to anyone suffering from foot pain of any kind. And they are true to size and fit in the shoe perfectly. I will be ordering more for my other shoes.

So purchased these and a pair of shoes and immediately there is relief when wearing them both. Lots of health conditions and I was walking like a cripple all day but unable to stand after just every day duties so when I say I cried, yes I truly did. I took these souls out of my work or just around shoes and put these on. Within a week I was able to spend hours working in the heat, carrying heavy things, bending, on my feet and 0 pain at the end of it. It allowed them to heal enough that I can go hours in regular flip flops or shoes they don't fit in without too much pain.As stated above, I've put these things through some work and sweat and sometimes going out shoes and they are still the same, no stink, not falling apart, haven't lost comfort our support and I wear them without socks. Extremely sensitive to heat so I cannot wear socks. Easy to clean and it's been several months. Running has led to a flare-up of plantar fasciitis and these insoles are helping, and for much less money than custom ones from the running store. I'm wearing them in my running shoes and other shoes as well. My heel still hurts but it's more tolerable, and it feels like my foot is getting extra support. Along with a night boot and exercises the PF is getting better slowly but surely. My only issue with these insoles is they put you higher up in your shoes, so a wayward step on uneven terrain can make it feel like you're about to come out of your shoe. I could probably fix this problem by removing the old insoles and then putting in these rather than putting these on top of everything, but I'm going for all the support I can get.
