QR code not working at all. Tried from different devices. Similar product bought earlier QR code working. Not able to authenticate or register. Contacted customer care mmtc pamp. Asked to send email with details. Will review if problem resolved. Don't know whether to contact amazon or seller for QR code solution. Any guidence? Procedure i followed, asked through review seller feedback e-mail, if any steps they can convey through mail. I was asked to give my certi number, a link was sent to register my product. All correspondence /registration within five minutes. So product is registered, only loophole, not able to authenticate. Request seller to cross check QR code scan functioning before dispatch, as it will keep customer's faith.Delivery was before time. Packing good with seals intact, product slightly misplaced from slot but looks good. Not checked from outer source yet for weight/ purity.

Yes it is pure 24carat gold. I went to the tanishq showroom and got the quality checked. It was 23.96 carat which is equivalent to 24 carat. Just go for it with bank discounts, it will cheaper than market price.
