Fast shipping/Not good quality
Shipping was super fast. Seller was very nice and let me know that my two hutches would be sent separately. Take a look at my pictures. The doors on the bottom of both hutches don't line up correctly. I am going to have to redrill the holes for the hardware on both of them. I recommend a cordless screwdriver during assembly, it will save you quite a bit of time. It does take 6 to 8 hours to assemble. All pieces were there and were in perfect condition other than the holes being incorrectly drilled. Be sure to check and double check the instruction illustrations or you will make mistakes. (See first picture) Each piece is numbered or lettered.

Not complete
I discovered that the unit was not complete after assembling 90% of it (a door hinge was missing). I asked for a replacement hinge and was asked for a picture. It's a hinge!

The unit was not sturdy at all. The box was damaged; therefore a few pieces were also. I want to return it ; but I do not want to pay for postage.
