Kooljewelry14k Yellow or White Gold Filled Round Wheat Chain Pendant Necklace (0.8 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.5 mm or 2.5 mm)

When the little plastic package arrived from Kooljewelry yesterday I thought.... Oh, no, this is too small to be my $100 chain. Imagine if I had paid a multiple of hundreds, how nervous I would feel. When I could find an end of the 26", I lifted it up and realized ...hey, I like this. It was not to be a statement chain. I purchased all those from Kooljewelry, A long time ago.😎 The chain was for a 10K dog tag pendant that I paid 1/2 off of $500. I could not believe that a 4gram, semi-thick designer (beautifully made)small dog tag , would cost me $225 US. The tag was just a little over 1 inch. I found out later that I paid a very good price for the very nice 4gram tag. Boy, has the price of gold changed from the $42.50 oz. price in the early 1970's. I must be honest and say I have been traveling the world and purchasing nice art and jewelry since I graduated from University. I have never grown up, or over, great festivals which draw fine artisans of jewelry. Case in point, I ran into David Yurman, in a NY park fair in the 70's. What a wonderful way to meet a couple of deserving artists on the way to stellar success.Being in my early 70's, I don't need solid gold to help me in any way. When traveling, I used to worry about losing items in every possible way. Now, I never fear, and instead pay good attention to a good description, and my physical safety.This new Wheat chain is so soft and lovely. It was a favorite of my wife's. The style is a true unisex. (PS. I carry her wedding ring on a wheat chain)Thankx again Kooljewelry, How could I not recommend the company that made my first gold filled chain after I was shot in a robbery. I will never forget that day, but now I live without the fear...that's priceless.😎

I’ve worn one for over a year and it still looks new. I have one with a cross pendant on it and even with the pendant sliding around on the chain, it hasn’t worn off. Very durable. Most people will never know it’s not solid gold. I can’t afford a solid gold chain and I want it for looks, not investment.

My discerning eye picks up that this is not 14K gold, rather gold-filled, but my budget did not allow for the real thing. Under the circumstances, this chain is excellent value. The lobster claw clasp holds it secure, and overall it has a nice appearance. I am satisfied. The seller fulfilled my order promptly and I would order from them again.

This was to purchased to replace the one purchased 2 years ago. They are sturdy and look great for the first few months but then discolor and need to be thrown away.

This is so magical. The wheat chain has so much detail and its so teeny tiny that the detail just makes it sparkle, but at the same time it is really strong. really love it.

Not worth the money!! If you are wearing this chain regularly, it will turn black and turn your skin green. It is NOT gold filled it is garbage, I have owned many gold filled chains and not one has ever turned black or turned my skin green but gold plated will this is NOT gold filled do not buy

Chain arrived well packaged in plastic, felt bag, then plastic zip lock. Chain looks great but I wish I bought the 2.5mm. I got this to go with a gold crucifix but didn't want to pay for a solid gold chain. Guys get the 2.5mm at least for small size medals or crosses.
