This thing is awesome! It got rid of stubborn Milia bumps I had around my nose that have been there for 3 years. It’s very sharp and doesn’t take much to get them out. My face healed nicely and I saved a dermatologist bill!

Nice quality, sharp

I use this to get the stuff out of blackheads that I keep getting on my nose. I've bought the stainless silver twice but it doesn't last more than about 4 months before it breaks. I'm going to order the titanium this time around since it's supposed to be much stronger of a metal.

I got this to remove ingrown hairs from Brazilian waxes, now I don't have to wait for another appointment or get charged extra for ingrown hair removal - this thing works great! the tweezers are even pointy enough to break the skin on their own to get an ingrown out, super thankful for this! nicely packaged too.

This is pretty good, it’s extremely sharp on the pointed ends of the tweezer and other sharp tool - like a needle. I do think the diameter is way too large for milia though, you could really damage your skin if you don’t know what you’re doing, especially around the eyes. I would never buy this for a teen or child, I could see it causing so much damage because it’s not fine enough in diameter to be gentle in the facial area and SO sharp. The comedone extractor seems too large as well to do anything. My search continues!

I've now used the milia removal set three times, twice for facial milia and once for removal of a splinter embedded in a finger, all with a 100% success rate. Both tools are well-made, extremely sharp and with an appropriate length for easy handling. The keys to successfully removing milia include: comfortable seating position, good lighting, a magnification mirror, patience, and knowing when to stop the procedure to allow the skin to heal. Highly recommended.
