I required a home business desktop to replace an extremely slow outdated laptop that was upgraded to windows 10 from windows7. I wanted something with SSD for speed and at least 16 GB Ram without a HDD for storage which I planned to provide by a home network storage drive with O365 backup. This was the perfect fit from a known brand. The setup was fairly easy and it was up and running in an hour or so. It ran into a driver issue with an old webcam so had to reinstall the OS which was easy to do as well. The machine is extremely fast with almost instantaneous startup. All my apps like Quicken seem to load and synchronize in a few minutes. The same process took over 10 minutes on the old laptop. Apparently, Vision Computers has quick support turnaround and was able to respond to my inquiry within 24 hrs. I was unable to access their website to register over the weekend but will try again later.I am waiting to see how the SSD and hardware holds up and will post another update after a few weeks of use. The installed fans are quiet and seem to be doing a good job.So far I am happy with the purchase.

I like this computer a lot. Super quiet and super fast. I've never had a computer with an SSD before, but wow, is this thing fast. My IT guy was happy I made this choice too.

The published spec by the seller claims the computer is 10.8" tall it's actually a bit over 13" tall. Therefore it will not fit in the space I need it to fit. The real problem though was someone in sales that I spoke with acted like it was no big deal. Now I don't trust this seller at all. If one spec is wrong how can I be sure what is really inside the box? Before you buy this or for that matter anything from this seller check that the specs are correct. There are a lot of discrepancies for this model. To be fair it is fast, if I keep it (only 30% chance I will) I'll update this review in the future.

After working on a single processor laptop for far too long not wanting to spend this kind of money for a computer, I'm so glad I did! I love this computer! It has worked well from the start. It's fast and efficient. My work often has me with multiple RAM hungry programs running at once and it handles it with speed and ease. I can get so much more work done now. I would like to order two more of these for my staff and home if they become available again.

The product arrived on time and well packaged. I started it up and everything seemed to be running well except for the sound. There's an onboard speaker and it sounds awful. Okay. No problem. I would expect that would be the case. So I hooked up headphones and external speakers and immediately noticed interference noise. That's not ideal but not a dealbreaker. However, when I actually tried to play music and it sounded like it was coming through a tin can. Okay. Maybe it's the EQ. Nope not that. Updated audio drivers. No change there. Tried a few other things and then decided it was time to call customer service. The guy was nice enough but was only able to do the same things that I did. In the end he told me that the everything was working the way it was supposed to and that's the way the drivers sound. I find it hard to believe that HP's audio drivers are this bad. Really dissapointed with this. Now I'm going to have to bring this thing to someone and spend more money to figure out if anything can be done about the audio problems.

Received the computer in two days and so far works perfectly.
