This are plastic bodied lock out tag out (LOTO) locks with steel shackles. They have 12 wafers inside, they are guttable with a screw underneath the opening end of the shackle, and the operation is decent. They function as a standard wafer lock. With 12 wafers there should be a great number of differs if you need to buy a lot of these. In theory they are rekeyable since they are guttable, but I don't know exactly where you might find replacement wafers. These should work well for either their intended purpose, or for the lock enthusiast. There's nothing particularly remarkable about them, but there doesn't need to be.
