Clair de Lune Moses Basket Mattress Protector - 74 x 28 cm

I ordered this for our Clair De Lune moses basket. It fits perfectly and does the job keeping the mattress clean and dry. I ordered a 2nd one for our carrycot. Definitely worth the money.

I have these on the pram mattress and moses baskets, under cotton sheets. They make it easy to just remove the top layer and wash, whilst keeping the mattress clean and dry. They wash well themselves too.I haven't had any issues with them fitting the mattress (although I'm not using Clair de Lune mattresses, just generic cheap moses basket mattresses).

I’ve put this under a sheet in his pram which allows me to keep his pram clean and dry without putting the whole pram foam cover in the wash and then having to not use the pram while it drys. Works like a dream, I now only need to change the sheet if my newborn spits up or wets through his nappy.

Comes up small and is a struggle to get on

Quite poor quality, vey plastiky. Seems that elastic band too thight, makes the clair de lune mattress completely bend when applied.

The protector just about protects mattress but the top of the material is cotton so when it gets wet it then can’t be wiped or dried fast enough to put another sheet over.

Either this item was labeled as the wrong product and sent to me, or it is the correct item and simply does not fit the Palm mattress it is intended for.Very disappointed, as you can see from the pictures the mattress bunches up when the cover is put on making it very unsafe for a baby who could press their face against the bulged material inhibiting breathing. It is impossible to flatten down.As a first time mum to a newborn, I could do without the hassle of this product at 3am in the morning... I simply can't use it.Unfortunately I was advised my purchase is outside their warranty window and so have been left out of pocket.
