Jesus saving Simon Peter
A beautiful paint-by-number kit. I fell in love with this and just had to have it. The image of Jesus reaching down through the surface of the sea to take Simon Peter's arm before he drowned is one I've often thought of over the years. To have it in a painting to be hung on the wall is a dream come true.I found the kit easy to use and the numbers easy to follow. Nothing was too difficult to read and the colors are just beautiful.Simon Peter's boat in the background and the beautiful colors of sunset offset the image.The paint pots were a little thick, but still easy to use. I had very little trouble in completing this project.If you want an unusual Christian image for your walls, this one will be a conversation starter.

Just Awful
About half the paints were nearly dry.The brushes were frayedThe paint colors were WAY too dark, especially the "underwater" colors. They melded together so there's just a dark blob.The bottom fingers aren't distinguishable from the rest of the dark water and the sleeve.I wouldn't buy this again for anything.

Love it!
I loved it took a while to do the only thing I didn’t like is the paint brushes it came with. I had to buy more, lots of little spots. I really did enjoy painting this piece.

Pretty colors…easy to paint.
I really like the colors on this one, they are very close to the colors shown online. Easy enough for beginners to do. Something I do before painting them is I attach them to a blank canvas of the same size that I buy in the same size as the paint by number that I bought, I attach to the blank canvas using heavy duty staples.

Tricky but nice
