Way nicer than I was expecting
High quality and impressed. Easy to put together. Really soft and comfy. Love the heat and massage features. The recliners are super quiet and smooth.

A good buy!
Arrived complete and in undamaged shipping boxes. Assembly was easy, everything is working great, the only thing is the material is warm or doesn't breathe well for sitting on in the summer heat here in the AZ, 110 deg desert so have to use a bath towel the back and seat so I don't get sweaty while sitting and get sticky and be uncomfortable, I presume it will be just fine in the winter's cold weather. Otherwise it is a very good coutch 👍👍.

Not dog proof
Waited a bit to write a good review or bad. Its too bad that all three don’t recline minus one star Far left side was easily pushed out by my 70lbs dog who likes to sit with me.. glad it held but is now bent.. my bad. Love the heat and massage features, great on cold nights But what really bites my toenail is that all three don’t recline and the middle section does neither massage or heat, so if another sits in the middle… well it’s ANNOYING The recline features could move a little faster.

Love, love, love this sofa!
First, this sofa is comfortable. Very supportive cushions that seem like they will last for a long time. Second, the massage feature is so relaxing. It has 4 massage modes and you can pick and choose which parts you want massaged. It even has heat! Third, the power reclining feature puts me at the right angle for kicking back to watch my favorite shows. Finally, this sofa was a great price for the value. I would expect to pay twice as much in a furniture store for something comparable. I will be enjoying this sofa for many years.

DO NOT PURCHASE
*****DO NOT BUY THIS******* SAFETY HAZARD. I purchased this on 12/24. Within one week the couch on the left side went bad. No heat no massager. I contacted seller and they blamed me for "unplugging" it. I told them it wqs defective and for safety reasons I unplugged it. They said I voided the warranty by doing that. I contacted my amazon card and amazon. They contacted seller and reported they "were not helpful". This company is trash. Do not do business with this 3rd party company

Great purchase
I looked for a long time to find a good couch for my new apartment and I am so happy with this one. Came in 4 boxes and was relatively easy to put together. Super comfy! Reclines a very decent amount and the heat and massage features have actually helped a lot with back pain.

Buying furniture online went great
Very happy with couch. Came in 5 boxes and pretty easy to assemble. Very firm like I need it for my back. Reclines quite a ways back but sturdy. The color was very close to the phone cookout and fit into our decor nicely. It actually came three days earlier than shipping estimate. Very satisfied with experience.
