Easy to use, attractive design. Doesn’t feel quite as sturdy as I’d hoped. I’ll have to reconsider using these for my water buffalo pens. Suppose they’ll be fine for my flamingo enclosure - those birds are too prissy to bother with a lock. But the buffalo...they saw me putting these on their gate, and Brutus, particularly, raised his considerable eyebrows at the thought that this mechanism would keep him inside. I think I saw him whispering to Petunia about it, but I can’t be sure. I’ll sleep with one eye open for the next few nights until I get a heavy duty lock on that gate. Can’t get over the look in Brutus’ eyes. Might not be able to sleep at all tonight. It’s like he...knows something. Something passed down in the genetic memory of his regal bloodline. He waits for something, something he knows will end the reign of his human captors and release him into the place of command that his ancestors were accustomed to. Until then, he’s just biding his time. And as I sit here alone in my family’s ancient barnhouse, the last in a long line of buffalo keepers, and as I watch the sun fall into blood in the West, my thoughts turn dark. The war is coming. The war is coming.

Great lock easy to program. Only dislike is the combo has to be in to lock it. Sturdy and trustworthy. I use them to lock my tool boxes (Milwaukee Packout). I would buy again.

These seem like a good quality medium security lock.Combination is easy to set.These will not stop a pro, but they will add a deterrence to a casual theif.

Easy to use and set up combinations. Heavier than I expected, in a good way. I’m a teacher and I’m using them in school lockers to lock up my personal belongings. They’re great! Love them!

Very easy to use with smooth turning combinations (so far). I use two of them to lock my yard gates and despite the wet/cold weather we've had, they still function like new. Only time will tell if they corrode and even so, they're still a good value. I wouldn't exactly be confident in these being able to stop someone who is intent on braking them but so long as they can deter - that's good enough for me.

I purchased four of these in a set on Amazon. The metal on this one warped today after unlocking the gate and placing the lock in an unlocked position on the gate while I worked.

I bought these (not quite) 2 years ago and they now look like this. For something that is “water proof and weather proof,” I’d like to know why it’s rusting so badly after not even two years of use? I would not recommend these for outdoor use.
