Typical plastic gears. Not a hard rubber. Good to have if you ever need a backup.

What size hole is in the gears? Are they all the same?

they vary from.0625 or 1/16 to .115 or 2.875mm that not any standard everything is +or- .003 there is no standard that they match,the plus or minus .003 is the test on my parts that i have
