UPDATE: After seeing my review the seller reached out to me and provided a refund and an upgraded model to replace the defective clock, and I did not need to return the defective clock. This is "above and beyond" customer service that demonstrates their interest in serving the customer. Making things right for the customer is part of the equation of overall customer service. I am upgrading my 1-star review to a 5-star review due to their follow through and prompt communication. MY INITIAL REVIEW: I've owned bedside clocks for decades. In fact, I only bought this one because the large numbers are easy to read without my glasses during the night. Well I'm extremely disappointed that the lighted section of the upper right corner of the screen's numbers suddenly stopped illuminating. So you can't tell what the number is therefore rending it useless as a reliable device that tells time. I'm stuck with it now because the window of return was only an astounding 30 days. Like I said, all the clocks I've ever owned last for decades and this one lasted 90 days. Now, I'm going to go back to using my old clock that I bought in the early 2000s. How's that for longevity. I'm open to replacements, but the seller will not likely read this review nor care about making things right. But I'm still open. Tip: Do not buy this clock if you want to know what time it is. It's not able to meet the basic qualifications of a clock.

I had previously bought a retro styled clock in moss green, with gold hands that immediately got stuck on each other and stopped working. The color scheme also made the clock face hard to read (gold on green etc) so when I threw that out, I resolved to be ergonomical and just buy a digital clock I could easily read from anywhere in the room. This fit the bill. It was economically priced, I liked the blue LED instead of the usual red, the face has a slight curve that gives the unit a little sense of design, it's very easy to set up and I like that it has a power plug (USB out to A/C adaptor) instead of batteries or having to charge it periodically (although charging is an option). There is an alarm feature, although I don't use it as I'm using this clock in my living room. I've only had it about a month but so far I'm very pleased!

Looked at the clock this morning, and the 6 looked like an "E," due to a missing pixel on the lower right side of the 6. Lasted only 8 months. Threw it away, even though I can still tell what the time is during the daylight, despite the missing pixel. Having said that, the seller Goloza was more than fair, refunding me the amount for both clocks I purchased, rather than just one, and even offered to send me a replacement. The other clock is still working. Great customer service! The product may not be the best, but their customer service IS, so I upgraded my review from 1 star to 4.

We often hear "they don't make em like they used to!" and that is the case here. My old timex lasted for over 30 years and was done in by a lightning strike. I've had this clock for 5 months and already some of the lights that display the time are failing. Wish I had paid extra for a decent clock. It looks like I will be doing so in the very near future. The display is nice but again, is failing after a very short period of time. Waste of money._______________________________________________________________________________________________Just to update this review. After I posted this review, the seller reached out to me. Not only did they give me a full refund, they sent me another (different model) clock. This is seemingly common occurrence with this device but credit to the seller for going above and beyond.

I love the display and it's large numbers! I chose blue, and it's perfect. It was very easy to set up, and it doesn't take up much room. My only complaint and why I didn't give it 5 stars is because I just realized today that it's losing time. I bought it on July 2nd, and in only a little over 2 months, it's lost 5 minutes. That is completely unacceptable!Updated 9/24: After posting my review, the company contacted me and offered me either my money back or a new clock. Wow, I was expecting that. Thank you!

I only travel 3-4 times a year, but last month, the hotel I was at (Marriott) didn't have a clock, and I forgot to take one of the two from the bedroom, so I relied on a wake-up call. I wanted something cheap and easy to set up. After fiddling and watching videos, the manual was easy. The print is so light on the clock that it is hard to read, like for loudness, which symbol is off vs. loud.At another hotel, the clock/radio was so complicated, like for an iPhone or something, that I gave up and relied on the wake-up call.My first question was how long does the backup power last but seems to be no answer other than "short-time".But when traveling, always have power at the bedstand, so resetting up on each trip seems not an issue.I am a nightowl nerd. It is in my genes according to ancestory.com. I go to bed about 5-6AM and get up about noon. If I have some appointment like zoom meeting or whatever, I have two alarm clocks next to bed to be sure and in case of power failure have better backup. I have to keep the Do Not Disburb sign on hotel door and tell front desk they can note no maid service till afternoon.At 78, I am still active in business, but I am self-employed and have a home office, so I control my hours. Clients are used to getting emails from me at 3 AM!

Cela fait quelques semaines que je l'ai acheté pour mes parents âgés qui l'apprécient beaucoup à cause des grands chiffres bien lumineux la nuit (qu'on peut "éteindre" si ça dérange. De plus, les sonneries sont assez fortes pour qui entend moins bien (le chant des oiseaux moins, mais les autres c'est bien). Il est aussi élégant et moderne et étonnamment léger. Mes parents ont beaucoup aimé le design. Je recommande donc ce produit.

There are so many clocks of this type available that picking a good one can be more down to good luck than good judgement. This time I was lucky. The clock is exactly as described and looks high quality.I've not used the alarm however the controls for the clock and for the brightness level are very simple and effective.Brightness on lowest setting seems just about right if you don't want to be kept awake by the light, however you can increase the level in about 5 or 6 steps if want brighter. Note, you can't really see the clock digits in daylight if on the lowest setting but can on all the others.In short, recommended.

Well pleased with this clock. Large numbers on the projection and easily seen as the light on the ceiling is bright. The light can be turned down but l like it bright and clear. Good clock, easy to set up. Everything you need in a clock. I have a different projector clock in a different bedroom but its projection is faint and numbers small, so it’s pointless, but this clock is brilliant.
