Amazing tuna and crackers, high protein and relatively low in calories. I appreciate that there are only three crackers in the box, good for those of us who are watching our carb intake. The tuna is seasoned perfectly and is marinated in heart healthy olive oil. Incredibly delicious and makes a handy meal or snack that you can take anywhere. Tuna is a very healthy source of protein and many other nutrients that support a healthy brain and heart. These tuna kits require no refrigeration and are great for work, travel, for a picnic, to take to school or college, or just keep at home for when hunger strikes. I’m a big fan of these Protein on the Run tuna and crackers kits, they are absolutely perfect!

I stock up on the Black Pepper and Mild Jalapeño flavors when is sale. The crackers are especially crisp and tasty.

Great little snack or SMALL lunch for any time. The crackers are decent size & taste, but I do wish they'd give you 4 instead of 3 - that would be the perfect ratio for this kit. And, they took away the caramel, but I think the cost is still the same, maybe? The mild jalapeño version is good, but a little drier than I thought given the olive oil. I'll buy it again though & I also like the lemon olive oil one too. A TINY bit more olive oil, gimme the caramel back, & 1 more cracker would make this 5/5 for me for the overall value.

This is delicious, has plenty of protein, and I can take it to work. They blend the in a delicious way, so just dig in and enjoy!

It’s one of my best ever quick meals on work! Great after workout, taste amazing and the cracker so good. So happy they took the dessert part off it wasn’t good match. Amazon has the best price! For best flavor put it in the fridge before you eat it for about 15min it as it enhance the flavor

I bit bland for my taste. I'm sure it's healthy tho. I'll be trying others for more flavor.

Really good on the go lunch

Got sick from it TWICE. The cans are RUSTED. I can't show you the bad smell. I tried one and it tasted weird, but I didn't think anything of it because I've had many in the past. Ate two different boxes, and got sick from them both times. Tried to call Amazon for refund or return, but representative said there's nothing they can do to help. Where's the A-Z guarantee????? Amazon is going down hill FAST. Disgusted and disappointed!!!
