DON'T USE FOR PERFUME, EXTREMELY TOXIC
After glancing at other reviews I bought this on a whim to make perfume, but then I read the label. It says it is very toxic and contains methanol. "Methanol is highly flammable and toxic. Direct ingestion of more than 10mL can cause permanent blindness by destruction of the optic nerve, poisoning of the central nervous system, coma and possibly death. These hazards are also true if methanol vapors are inhaled." Please don't use this for perfume. The product arrived in good condition, but will not be using it for perfume.

Great communication and willingness to make me happy.
I bought this product by mistake. I didn't fully read the product information when I purchased it. When product came it clearly said it couldn't be used on you skin. I was looking to make my own hand sanitizer I was going to send back and contacted company for refund instructions. They explained to me product could still be used a a disinfectant to wipe down surfaces as long as I wore gloves. This made product very usable for me in these crazy times. I appreciate the company's willingness to give me a refund even though I had made the mistake. But I also appreciate the company's knowledge of their own product and giving me alternative uses. This was all done within a span of about 5 hrs not days and that is what I appreciate the most. It was a pleasure to do business with them.

DENATURED WITH METHANOL HIGHLY TOXIC
Although this product clearly states for use in laboratory, and not for use on hands or body, I assumed that that was if used undiluted. I suggest that during this pandemic when we are all desperately trying to find ethyl alcohol and isopropyl alcohol to make hand sanitizers using the recipe from WHO, or the CDC, that there should be a warning in all capital letters directly underneath the product. WARNING THIS ETHYL ALCOHOL WAS DENATURED WITH METHANOL. IN EVEN TRACE AMOUNTS METHANOL IS HIGHLY TOXIC TO HUMANS IF ABSORBED THROUGH THE SKIN OR THROUGH BREATHING THE VAPORS. SERIOUS AND PERMANENT CENTRAL NERVOUS SYTEM DAMAGE AND BLINDNESS CAN OCCUR. DO NOT USE TO MAKE HAND SANITIZER OR TO SANITIZE SURFACES IN YOUR HOME OR OFFICE. THIS IS FOR USE BY PROFESSIONALS IN A LABORATORY OR A CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT ONLY. The fact that methanol is the denaturing agent used in this product was never stated. It is my understanding that even some laboratory grade denatured alcohol can be denatured with non-toxic chemicals. Manufacturers need to remember that Amazon is not a website exclusively used by the scientific community. Civilians use it and at least need to know what substance was used to denature the alcohol. In the current climate of scarcity and fear, it needs to be clearly spelled out that this ethyl alcohol is highly toxic due to the methanol being bound chemically to the ethanol at the point of manufacture. You cannot dilute it out. Whatever percentage of methanol is in the mixture will make it poisonous.

My mistake, but don't buy for household use
I just saw it was 95% ethyl alcohol and did not investigate further: my fault; I should not have purchased this for household use, it is much too toxic and contains methanol. The label is clear, so not really the company's fault, but I have given 3 stars to alert others who might think it is a consumable for the general public, as, frankly, most of Amazon's products are, so in that regard just a tad misleading
