I have a severe case of psoriatic arthritis that took years to diagnose. Due to the lapse on diagnosis I suffer from spinal stenosis, narrowing, herniated and bulging discs as well as degenerative disc disease. I have so much pain daily that my daughter has to help me dress. I never thought about trying a brace but figured why not? It couldn't hurt. So I researched and read practically every review and I am so glad I decided on this one. The fit is perfect and the compression is an added bonus. It really helps to take pressure off my spine where it hurts the most. Many people say it runs small but I feel like it's a little big. Reviews said to size up which i did, but I definitely didn't have to. But I just velcro it tighter and pull the compression sides in and I swear I can feel it straighten my back in all the right places. The company even messaged me through Amazon to thank me for my purchase. Great product, great customer service, and great results. Definitely buy it!

I have been buying back braces for the last few months hoping to find the perfect one. This is it!! I have degenerative arthritis in my lower back this is the first brace that provides real support!! I have added two to my cart to purchase this afternoon.

The media could not be loaded.  unexplained back pain and can not stand up straight. it really helps me maintain a good posture in my waist. there is a metal plate on the back that fully supports the waist. keep it like this for a few week I believe it will get better.

For the past two years, i have had to wear a back brace daily. I have owned several, and this by far stays in place the best and brings the most pain relief.It does make me sweat more than any of the others, but i just wear a tank top, then the back brace, with a loose top over it and no one can tell im sweating.I just ordered a 2nd one so i have a backup when i wash this one.I highly recommend this brace, it works better than my $200 brace i ordered through a chiropractor
