I’ve been looking for something to help me wind down after my daily routine, and I’m genuinely impressed with these. My days are pretty packed—I’m consistently hitting anywhere from 10,000 to 20,000 steps, plus I follow an intense six-day weightlifting split. By the time evening rolls around, my body is definitely feeling the work, and I needed a reliable way to help me transition into recovery mode. I started taking these gummies as part of my nightly ritual, and they have been a solid addition. They don’t leave me feeling groggy, but they help take the edge off so I can actually relax. I’ve found that they pair perfectly with my magnesium supplement before bed, and the combination has made a noticeable difference in how well I sleep and how refreshed I feel the next morning. The mixed berry flavor is actually good, which is a nice bonus since it doesn't taste like a typical supplement. Since I prioritize my health and recovery to keep up with my activity levels, finding a vegan, gluten-free option that fits seamlessly into my night is exactly what I needed. I’ve been using them for a while now, and they’ve earned a permanent spot on my nightstand. If you’re pushing yourself hard during the day and need a little extra support to settle down at night, these are well worth trying.

It tastes good, a bit too sweet, but good. I am very sensitive to ashwagandha (I think it's my autism because I'm way too sensitive to any psychotropic), so this was perfect for me to be able to just bite half and save the other for next day. Ashwagandha does help me calm my stress and anxiety. It helps me with my sleeps issues. It has worked better than all the meds I have tried, but keep in mind that it is recommended that one take breaks from it. After a while, I noticed that I was kinda groggy in the mornings and feeling a bit flat in the day. After a few days off of it, I was fine again; my sleep fragmented again, but I'm on vacation, so not as stressed out. It also slightly but noticeably increased my libido (I'm a guy).

Love love love. I get zero side effects from these, all the ingredients I want are in this, plus high amounts. They are a little sticky, and clump together especially after awhile but that’s a price I’m willing to pay. The taste is good, and they help!

Great product but they all stick together. Needs a little silicone packet.

As some have reported, these came all entirely stuck together in one big mass. Both bottles. Worse, the bottle has a narrow opening so it is difficult to reach in to pull them out. Once I did that, if any touched each other, they just glued back together again! My previous brand, Vitafusion, are coated in sugar so they stay separate. I like Nature Made products generally, but these need a coating to keep them separate. I don't love the sugar on Vitafusion (would prefer none), but they gave me the idea to roll these in sugar, which worked well, leaving only a light dusting. Now they stay separate. But, since they are so tough to get out of the bottle, I don't think I would buy again unless they fix that. The taste and texture are ok; Vitafusion are a little better. But these have a higher ashwagandha dose and it is effective.
