This is a life changer! The water tastes absolutely brilliant. Some reviews stated that you have to wait so long for it to filter but it is literally first 3 goes, and then it goes very quick. I am so happy I bought it, is is unreal.

So disappointed. I really wanted to keep this pitcher, but ended up having to return. The flow rate is incredibly slow - I'm talking over an hour to filter 1 cup of water. It is a full time job trying to keep the pitcher topped up, and I've still never managed to have more than a few glasses of water ready to drink. LifeStraw customer service is awful, despite Amazon being the only way for UK customers to buy their products. I got no response from LifeStraw about the filtering issues, and was also concerned about multiple Amazon reviews claiming to have received fake replacement filters, so had to return this pitcher for a refund.

I like the fact it is glass, the silicon sleeve on the bottom protects from knocks. The jug is quite tall but it fits in my samsung fridge with a halve shelf. I know people have complain about the amount of water that it filters in one fill ,it does just over a pint. It is very slow to filter at first but after a few fills it does get quicker. I find now that if I have a pint of water and refill it has filtered through by the time I want a refill, it will hold 3 fills or just over 3 pints in the bottom jug. The water tastes good my water tends to have a strong smell from the tap but no smell after filtering but doesn't remove all of the taste. If there are more than 2 people using the filter it may not be for you, due to the amount it filters in one go. The filters are able at a reasonable price and last longer than other brands of filter so happy with ongoing costs.

If you watched the programme on Apple TV "Sacred water", you need a jar like this. We love it. I tried to find something where I do not have to change the filter often as I do not want to add more plastic in the landfilled. The taste of the water is much better and I cannot drink water from the tap now. My kids also love it.

I love this. So much nicer drinking water when I know the bad stuff has been taken out, micro plastics particularly.

I purchased the glass water filter jug. The positives are the water tastes fantastic. The negatives are - takes way too long to filter water and the reservoir has to be filled multiple times to fill the jug. It’s a slow drip so you have to keep going back to top it up to get a jug full. I emailed the company from their website link after filtering 8 jugs to say there was an issue and sent a video which you can also see. It was America, they answered quickly and offered to send a new filter cartridge but then they realised I was in the UK so gave me another email. I sent another email to the new address, they were rude and saying our American counterparts don’t understand how we work. That they shouldn’t have said they would send a cartridge but once they had spare parts come in they would send me one. Still no part. I’ve gone back to the American email again and also emailed the address they gave me. Such a shame as the product is very lovely made and water tastes fantastic but sadly I will die of thirst waiting.

We love it. We have very hard water & it makes a HUGE difference for our drinking water.

The LifeStraw filtered water jug is a solid choice for those looking for clean, great-tasting water on a daily basis. My only real disappointment is the container itself—while functional, it’s not made of glass, which would have been a nice touch. A glass design would have felt more premium and sustainable compared to the plastic construction. Nevertheless, the jug is durable and does the job well, making it a great investment for improving your water quality without the need for single-use bottles. I am a picky water drinker and prefer bottled water but this tastes great and I approve!
