Honestly, these are great knives for the money. There's lot of more expensive knives that technically are better, but in my opinion they're not worth the extra cash. These knives feel great to work with, they look great and feel well made. They are nicely balanced and super sharp and effective. Initially after feeling the handles I was worried it would become slippery in my hand but it feels comfortable and grips nicely. Fantastic for rock and tap chopping, as well as carving. Money well spent

Good value for money

So I normally buy regular kitchen knives, the ones you find in a supermarket. I expected these to be considerably better and I wasn't at all disappointed. I can't speak to how long the edge will last, but I was surprised when cutting an onion how you could just push the knives threw it without having to make a slicing motion. Again, when slicing tomatoes, just a minimal motion was required for the knives to just fall through without any real pressure being applied at all.The chef's knive also seemed very sharp, but think with cutting chicken thigh fillets it maybe that as long as the knife is sharp enough, it's less noticeable to tell the difference. Certainly the knife was sharp enough.

I am amazed of the quality of these knives a nice weight to each and very comfortable to use.The Bravedge knife, one on the right of picture a good around knife has no problems cutting through frozen food. The "dimples" on that knife helps with slicing of any food prep that is needed to be done with ease and the food doesn't stick to the blade. Can't wait to put the knives to the really test with preparing all veg for Christmas Dinner
