Great little earbuds at a really good price
These are a really terrific pair of wireless earbuds, especially for the price. They come in the neat, black, compact carrying/charging case - take up almost no room at all in your pocket or hand bag. I particularly like that the top cover of the case is semi-transparent so even when the lid is closed, you can still see the digital display that shows the percentage charge left in the case. Helps to remind you when to plug it in to recharge. The earphones themselves look compact and stylish. They seem to fit in my ears quite naturally and comfortably and feel pretty secure, which is nice. The set includes two alternate sizes of the foam tips to customise them a bit to your own ears.Pairing to my iPhone via Bluetooth was very simple and was complete within a matter of seconds. As soon as you take them out of the case, they turn on and start trying to pair with a device. Open the Bluetooth menu in the setting on your phone and you’ll see it appear as ‘QuikFone X2’ (rather than something cryptic, as some do) so you’ll know which device it is. Tap it and, Bob’s you’re uncle, you’re paired. And the sound quality is extremely good, very clear and you can get a high volume without distortion.Like a lot of other earphones, it has those touch control pads on the earphones. Personally, I just can’t on with those and mostly just control track, volume, play, pause, etc from my phone. Usually, when I try to adjust the fit of the thing in my ear, I end up skipping the track or stopping playback, but when I want to do that I can never seem to find the right place to tap! - but that’s just me being a bit of a Luddite. If you like that sort of control, they have it.I’m really pleased and impressed with these and, as I said earlier, especially at such a very reasonable price.

Surprisingly good, shame about the voice
A Fair few headphones recently have claimed varying degrees of noise cancellation yet not been able to deliver the good’s either because it’s simply not had any (claiming the feature as it is stuffed into your ear like an earplug) or it’s because it’s talking about it in relation to phone calls so it’s nice to see this set actually has active noise cancellation as claimed. Now it’s important to remember this is a £36.99 set of earbuds so it can’t compare to the likes of apple, sony, Samsung etc but for the money it doesn’t do a bad job. Sound wise it’s a little bass heavy and so is a bit murky but once your a track or two in you don’t notice much and to be fair these are not reference earbuds. The noise cancellation and transparency mode are ok but don’t hold a candle when compared to the airpod pros. It’s functional just not as good yet you are talking about a £36 product and for that amount it’s actually rather good. The only thing I would like to change is the voice used to announce the modes and the volume of the voice. The translation could do with a tweak as it tells you the mode you select is ‘open’ or ‘closed’ instead of on or off. The battery life is good and the case has a big battery judging by its weight! Really for the money it’s rather good, perhaps next version the bass will be toned down and the voice recording changed. other than that for the money you can’t go wrong

Good sound quality, horrible controls, poor noise cancellation
I wanted to like these they seemed good when I unboxed them but unfortunately it was not to be.Removing the buds from the charging case is very fiddly and took several attempts to even get them out of the case. They were comfortable enough in the ears and the general sound quality was good. They paired easily enough to my phone but the controls for me were horrible. There are no buttons as such you just have to tap the bud to activate different features. Unfortunately I found this very awkward to control I was tapping away trying to activate features with no feeling of control. The noise cancellation to me did not seem to do anything other than if you turned it off you suddenly got a lot of background noise that didn’t exist outside the earbuds, more of a background hiss.I realise they are budget earbuds, but they are still £37 which isn’t super cheap, I have cheaper ones that I prefer much more than these unfortunately.

Great value earbuds for money
I'm a big fan of earbuds that have these charging cases, so I was eager to try these, especially as they were offered with many great features and what, I consider, a good price compared to others.Yes, there are plenty of very cheap earbuds out there, (many of which I can say offer poor quality sound), but these ones are decent. The case is nice looking and charges via a USB-C cable, then the case charges the earbuds. There's an LED panel on the case which indicates the charge level (always good to have). The earbuds themselves aren't the smallest, but they're not overly chunky either and are comfortable enough to wear (several different sized tips are also included so you can find a good fit). There's a good length of charge and they don't take too long for a full charge in the case. Easy to pair (Bluetooth v 5.2) they work fine with my Windows laptop and android phone and tablet. I haven’t got any IOS devices so I can't test on there). The controls are in the side of the earbud for play, volume, calls etc.Now on to the sound. In a nutshell, pretty good. The bass is excellent and overall, they deliver a decent sound, certainly not tinny like a lot of non-expensive earbuds. The noise cancelling isn't bad either.Okay, so they're not the absolute best I've had for sound quality, but they're in the higher percentage section of good. And for the price, (£36.99 at time of review), I can't fault them.A good price for a good sound. Would recommend.
