It's the same as other sauna suits and sizing seems to be accurate. The only thing I don't like is the pants ripped easily. However, the seller refunded right away when I sent the photo of the damage. I still give it a 5-star because of the support experience.

Th top worked perfectly fine, the pants ripped as soon as I started working out. The thickness of it was definitely not heavy duty. Not comfortable at all.

This is the very best sauna suit I've ever bought, heavy duty, constructed too last, thickness of material you see and feel, no more words other than buy this one, you'll love it.

The only thing I would say, is to never wear in the scorching heat of Florida. It got very hot to the touch and skin. I recommend this suit to wear in the gym and home, it works incredibly.

Definitely works, I ripped the my pants but because of a3the sweat setting in the pants. They would beg as i walk but worked well. Suggested were with joggers.

True to size and really works and helps you sweat

At first it worked amazing! Kept my heart rate around 130-150 during my entire workout (normally around 90-120). However, after approximately one week and 4 used it ripped. Ordered a replacement and will edit this review if the replacement works better.
