Before you go out and get some one in to rip down your old TV bracket because your new TV don't fit in the media wall. These extender brackets will save you all that money in labour. Good price very strong and fit over existing brackets. They come with locking bolts and alun key and a small spanner to lock. I thought I was doomed when I changed my TV and the new one was too high for media recess. But I added these and presto. Don't bother moving wall bracket this does the job nicely. And a fraction of the cost

Sometimes you can't fit a tv wall mount where a joist is due to certain factors. This enabled us to lower the tv down further for our media wall than we could on the original bracket. We had a flat mount tv bracket fitted in the centre of the media wall. Trouble was we couldn't get behind the tv to turn the socket off for hard resets or to unplug hdmi cables etc. We fitted a pull out mount but it then sat the tv too high so we got these and mounted to the tv bracket and was able to lower the tv more to then realign with the centre of the media wall. Can't fault it.

Does the job I required these to do, but if I’m being totally honest I do wish these could’ve been a few more notches longer. They were value for money, a strong build, easy to install and fit

Excellent solution to allow our stand mounted 50" LG TV to be positioned just above the stand base (the VESA screw holes are towards the bottom of the TV) The quality the the bars, the flush fitting screw heads (and the retaining nuts), are certainly worth the money and suited our requirements perfectly

Excellent excellent excellent! I was a bit concerned as I have the opposite issue to most reviewers - rather than needing it to make the TV lower, I needed it to make tv higher. And not for the rails it's designed for but for a sanus mount. My samsung tv has the holes too high up on the TV meaning the TV sat too low. Only slight issue I had was I needed to get some extra washers to hold it securely in place (because I needed to mount these back to front, not as intended), but other than that customisation, they're perfect and precisely what I needed.

I had an existing bracket for a 55 inch TV. When I had to get a new TV, the mounting holes were towards the bottom instead of the usual. I used this to extend the existing bracket to reach the bottom of the TV and it used existing mounting screws too.

Purchased a new TV, but the Vesa position was different and the TV sat too high. To lower the tV my mount needed to be longer at the bottom. Worked well to extend my existing mount A bit fiddly with the small tools provided to secure the bars, but definitely doable. These are sturdy and fit for purpose. They will add a little thickness, which you can match with a spacer washer on the apposing end if necessary.

Fantastic product. Helped me lower the tv to exactly where I wanted it.
