Not impressed this radio is not what they say it is it is not a plug-in play it does not have handlebar controls if I can deter one person from buying this my job would be done thanks to the man that told me not to buy it

Great instructions, needed more wire.

I dislike the fact that this company lied and said it was plug and play for my specific brand of motorcycle when in fact, you have to buy an adapter to make the stereo bolt into the fairing and an adapter to go between the radio and the wiring on the bike. Therefore, it is not plug and play. These adapters should be included with the stereo when you purchase it especially if you purchase it for a specific vehicle I would not care personally if the price was $28 more as long as I had everything to do the job with as it stands I had to leave my bike sitting on the lift for a week and a half while waiting for the rest of the parts, I never would’ve taken it apart. Had I known that there’s parts that are needed we’re not with the radio when I ordered and bought it.

Installed in 2013 Road Glide, perfect install, all controls work.

Excellent choice if your Harley doesn't have stock handlebar controls. Yes there are a few other differences between this unit and the more expensive one.I'm really happy with the provided hardware, and instructions.The only issue I had was using one of the SanDisk 120gb micro usb drives (the really short ones). Initially they would not work, and I contacted tech support. In their reply it was stated that the drives needed to be formatted in FAT32, my windows pc does not offer this option. Looking around on different message board I found info on a free third party program named Rufus that would offer FAT32 formatting.After I installed it, used it to format my drives and reloaded my music it worked great.
