Exceed expectations
Far better than the intel stock cooler which is damn noisy. This one is Quiet and efficient. It include the bracket too. The coolest thing about this cooler is that it already has a thermal paste

Excellent
Unlike Intel's press-to-click fan, this one uses screws and a backplate This makes it so much more dependable. And it comes with thermal paste pre-applied. The backplate has stickers and little metal screw receptacles. You place the backplate on the underside of the motherboard and position it so that the screw receptacles push through the motherboard holes for the heatsink, and press. The stickers hold it in place. Then, you place the heatsink-fan unit on the other side and tighten the screws.
