It looks exactly like pictured. All tools that was needed was included. Took a little bit to put together because there were so many pieces but they were all labeled and the instructions were easy. It’s very sturdy and provides a lot of storage for our small apartment entry. A drill was needed to drill holes to screw the hooks to the wood pieces if you don’t want them moving around. A drill was also needed to drill a hole in the wall to secure the rack to the wall in case my toddler decides to climb on it so it won’t rip over. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Very happy with my purchase. It was easy to put together and fit perfectly in the space. I added strip led lighting to the back as well.

I poured over countless hall trees trying to find something that matched all my requirements and aesthetics. In particular, it needed to have shelving on the right side (thankfully this one is reversible so can be left or right) and within a small length while also having enough clearance for shoes because I have a few tall boots.I checked the dimensions and saw that if I didn't attach the second shoe rack, I could fit my boots on it. Now this is where the missing part came into play: that second rack was missing. But as I wasn't planning to ever use it, funny enough that worked out for me and didn't need to reach out to support about it.The other thing I liked (besides this being reversible) was the small side bench. I originally didn't plan to attach it as it would otherwise push me over the length/not fit where it needed to go, but turns out it actually works well for my situation: as it wasn't tall, I was able to attach it without blocking necessary items on the wall above it.Putting it together, most of it went together easily, but there were a few areas where I had to loosened screws done in the first few steps to push pieces in at later steps, like the bench and top board.

This has cleared up the clutter in the foyer and was very easy for my husband and i to put together. It took us about an hour to do and is very sturdy and well made.

Great quality and super functional. The powder coated metal feels solid, the wood shelves are finished on all sides, and it’s very stable once assembled. Looks great and it was easy to put together!

The media could not be loaded.  Parts are supposed to slide into each other but are the same size.Cheap quality.Very annoying parts don’t fit.

This looks FANTASTIC right by my front door! I am so happy to now have somewhere to put coats, keys, shoes, etc!! I have a plant on it right now and I’m going to purchase fabric containers to put on some of the shelves. I have one on there now and I did have to move the shelf out from the wall a bit so that the container fit and looked better. But I absolutely love it!!! I didn’t attach the small shelf at the bottom only because it wouldn’t have fit, I’m hoping my boyfriend can figure out a way to make the pieces with it into legs so then it can still be used elsewhere!

This article is unusable as presented, because several differences exist between the plan and the parts. Unless you have a forge and a 90% discount, you can buy it. Otherwise it's unusable, mainly because of the drilling in the metal frame, which prevents the fixings.
