Works great
Titanium, it will last forever compared to bone or TUSQ. I installed mine on a ESP Eclipse II (will also work on any LTD guitar because they have the same 42mm nut width). Mine required some sanding to make it slightly smaller in height. Don’t expect it to just drop in and work. I sanded mine down using a tape top belt sander. So it went pretty quick. I just took off a tiny bit at a time and then checked it by stringing up and tightening the low E string. Check the gap between the string and the first fret while fretting the 3 fret. It was pretty easy. It does heat up while sanding because it’s titanium so I gave it a break between each sanding to cool off or you will burn your fingers. Great nut though and I’m really happy with it. I’ll be buying more for my other 42mm guitar but slots.

Didn't work for me....
I bought the Guyker to replace the plastic nut piece on a guitar kit that I'd bought from Amazon. After breaking the plastic nut free from the guitar and cleaning out the slot...I found the Guyker didn't line up for me at all and would need lots of work to use. I abandoned the idea and consider my purchase a donation to the store that sold it to me. Lesson learned. I know others have made them work....I just don't have the tools or time to do that.

Most likely will not fit
I lucked out and had the exact dimensions in place for fitting the 42 mm to my guitar. As excited as I was, in consideration that most reviews state that custom filing had to be done to get it to fit, I was thoroughly let down when upon tightening strings down and noticed that the outer 1st and 6th strings wont stay put within the grooves; they pop right out if there is an angle between them and the tuning heads. The string guides are literally as thin and narrow as can be, you'd think they could have made them just as a deep as a common bone nut; they aren't even close. Needless to say, as cool as this product looks it seems reviews consistently show its a no-go. I have returned it.

It's a tiny bit narrower than the stock nut on my Epi LP Classic, but hardly noticeable.
It looks great and sounds great! A really cool upgrade from the stock plastic nut.
