I have tried dozens of different keto and protein bars. As a result, I had no expectations for these. Wow. They blew me away with how delicious they are! I received the Chocolate Fudge (which honestly would not have been my pick of the three flavors). They are chocolatey and do not taste fake or artificial. I would not think they were keto if someone just handed me the bar to eat.The texture is perfect. They are soft, but chewy too. It is extremely satisfying. It also makes you eat a little slower and really savor each bite with the chewiness. The description says soft and crunchy. They are not crunchy.One serving size is an entire bar and they are full size bars. They have 18 grams of carbs with 6 grams of fiber and 14 grams of sugar alcohols. I have seen conflicting things about how many sugar alcohols you can subtract to get the net carbs. You would also subtract the fiber. They have 2 grams of sugar (which the bars state are naturally occuring). There are 10 grams of fat (7 grams saturated), 20 grams of protein and 230 calories.They taste incredible. I can easily be satisfied by half a bar (or maybe even a fourth). However, they are so good that I normally eat them all. I do wish the price were lower. I would definitely recommend the Chocolate Fudge flavor. I like them so much that I am considering purchasing the Blueberry White Chocolate since I really wanted to try that flavor.

My dietician wants me to eat more protein, which turns out is quite difficult for me as I have difficulty digesting most meats and poultry. So, I ordered these Women's Best Protein Bar, Smart Protein Bar, 20g of Premium Protein, No Added Sugar, Soft and Crunchy, Clean & Quality Ingredients (12 Count, Chocolate Fudge). They are a bit high in calories, but my dietician said that was fine because of the high protein. These bars taste ok, but they do stick to my teeth.

I checked other reviews touting the great taste of these Women's Best Protein Bars; Unfortunately I cannot agree. I opened one bar for my wife and I to try, between us we couldn't finish that bar. I tried another bite later on with the same results. It could just be the box I received. They maybe a healthy protein snack, but they could be better tasting in my opinion. At a price of $30 a box, $2.50 each, you may want to try one first.

Tastes like a protein bar, solid, dense and chewy... not fantastic, but ok. All of the bars arrived melted, so that is always a mess to eat.

Packaging also states "High protein bar with sweeteners". There are 18 grams of carbs in a bar- not horrendous, but should be taken into consideration on a keto diet. The carbs come from dietary fiber (6 g); 6 g total sugars; and 14 g sugar alcohol. There are 20 grams of protein per bar, which is good- a 40% recommended daily value, so one of these would be a decent meal replacement bar when you don't have time to eat, even on a keto diet. They do also have 10 grams of fat-13% DV, and 7 grams of saturated fat. They contain milk protein, collagen, cocoa butter, almonds, sunflower, wheat, rice, and are processed in a facility that also makes products containing eggs, tree nuts, and soy, so if you are vegan or glutin-free, take note.That being said, THIS BAR IS DELICIOUS! I'm not even a fan of chocolate fudge, but this isn't overly-sweet, tastes more like a carmel flavor, nice, chewy but not sticky, and is satisfying and filling, too! I rarely eat snack bars or "energy bars", but I love this one. And it didn't leave me craving another one right after! I have to sat, these will come in handy on long days of work, long trips, or maybe even if I break down and crave something sweet! A very good bar that doesn't provide more harm than good, for a change!

I have strong mixed feelings about this review.Frankly, I don't know why anyone creates food items with sugar alcohols in them anymore. Nobody likes them. They're terrible on the GI tract and cause massive problems for anybody that eats too much of them. "Too much" is different for everyone, and sometimes it's not even constant for the person. Once you have too much, you can experience gas, bloating and even diarrhea. It's a terrible thing to put in a bar marketed to people trying to be healthy.I ordered these without knowing that these bars were full of sugar alcohols. Why? Because there's no nutritional information given on the listing other than number of grams of protein. I should have known they were trying to hide something from people, but I guess I'm just too naive and believe people are trying to do the right thing. I have attached relevant pictures from the Box for ingredients and nutritional information.Now here's where I'm really struggling. The bars actually taste pretty good. Note that even though this is chocolate fudge flavored, there is a strong coconut flavor on top of everything as well. I'm not a big fan of coconut and once again no information was given, so I was disappointed to have that additional flavor included.The texture of the bars is chewy. Very very chewy. It’s very close to the consistency of fresh saltwater taffy. Yes, that chewy. On the other hand it's reasonably easy to bite a piece off the bar, and it turns out that it's not a terribly messy bar to eat.Finally, I won't talk about price other than to say that at the current time of this review, they seem relatively expensive for like priced bars. At the time of this review, prices are going all over the place, so just check and make sure it's got the kind of value you think you want.So in the end, if you're willing to risk sugar alcohols, like chocolate and coconut, and the price fits your budget, these bars might be the right ones for you.
