I bought this to take food to a small group we attend where we have potluck dinners. It works great! Just pour really hot water in to warm up before I put food in, drain it and wipe out, and then put the food in. People at first thought I was bringing a crock pot to keep my dish warm in! It is important to fill the dish so because I sometimes take smaller dishes, I asked for the 2.5 qt size for Mother's day. So glad I got this - while not totally spill proof (like if it would tip over), still bounces in the car as we travel does not cause sloshing over like with crock pots.

Every thing were fine, size, cleaning, looks ok, received in few day. i understand this is import form India, so i have to more money then i could buy in India. but overall good,

I bought this for my mom and she loves it obviously if you leave it in for to long the condensation will build up and make it go bad. The price is worth the money to me

The lid doesn’t sit on the pot. I didn’t use it in a timely manner, so outside the window to return. I would have returned because of the lid. It causes a gap causing the heat or cool to escape. Do not like the product. Cheaply made

Would not order from this company. Product arrived in a box that looked years old. The staples on the box were all rusty. The plastic wrapping that covered the item had brown rust? marks on it. The item itself looked old. Given it's for food it doesn't look very hygienic to be used. Amazon should do better quality checks and take this supplier off.

I was looking for a pot like this for when we barbecue and can keep the food warm until it's all done or for when I go to a potluck and bring something hot. I was a bit suspect whether this pot would do the job because of the price but I am glad I ordered it. The box looked a bit worse for wear when it arrived and the pictures on the outside were not the same as the pretty pot inside. The pot has been very easy to use. You have to rinse it or fill it with hot water to prime it for hot water (dump it out before putting the food in) and you can also rinse it with cold water if you want it to keep food cool. I have used it only to keep food hot and have been very pleased. It has done very well and kept food warm when I needed it to.

I use this for moving my food around the city including a bumpy boat ride. The seal at the top is not perfect, fluids can spill out if you are really bouncing it around. However, it works really well if you treat it like a normal human might. I transferred a batch of chili into it from the pot, piping hot, and it was still very warm 5 hours later in 15C temperatures. Easy to clean, light weight. We'll see how it holds up

I bought this 3.5 L cello insulated container and it was broken from the side it is locked and few scratches were also found on the outer side of the container.
