2017 Ranger 900xp and 5/16th
It does tighten in the hole. I haven't tested fully as I'm still putting together the flag and pole. This does fit a 2017 Polaris Ranger 900xp and accepts an 5/16th pole.

Solid, value
This thing is easy to install and seems solid at my first impression. Have not been on a ride yet with a whip installed. But I dont forsee any problems. For $20 it's a good value.

Worked great. Easy to install and hand tighten to secure it. Would buy again!

Make sure your hand wheel is tight don't be lazy
You must tighten well. After a few rides check again and tighten. The 4 foot led whip lights did not move. They did not fall out. They did what they were made to do. Would recommend
