I have been taking them for 2 weeks now and I've calmed down. I don't feel as grumpy any more (my husband and kids say thank you). My night sweats have stopped but most importantly- I don't constantly feel bloated. So nice to have a flat belly again!!!

Firstly they are massive and it's 3 a day and I'm strugglinga bit. Take with food. I've noticed a difference already in sleep pattern, hot flushes, skin and hair (which was falling out). I work 12 hour shifts and I was willing to try anything so I didn't spend all day with wet hair and sweat running off my nose. This has definitely calmed down. Seems to be working I will be persevering
