VViViDXPO Sterling Silver 3D Carbon Fiber Vinyl Wrap Roll with Air Release Technology (6ft x 5ft)

Good for flat surfaces but will not wrap around corners and curves

The vinyl was brittle even when left to achieve an ambient temp of 68 degrees for 12 hours. Not only that but there were two tears and a cut in the center of a 60x72 piece. This job was executed in a professional shop with professional installers. They could not believe I only paid 50 bucks for the vinyl. Guess I know why it was so cheap. Do not buy. Go with a superior product. You know the one that starts with a 3 and ends with an M. Waste of time and money and time which equals money which equals time, money, time, money, it's a vicious cycle I do not want to be in.

I am a Novice with vinyl wrap and have not used any other brand besides VViViD so I can not make a comparison. For my project, I wrapped several interior pieces of new vehicle and used a couple types of VViViD vinyl. Each one of them appeared to be high quality and the Carbon Fiber pattern looks and feels authentic. It was very easy and forgiving to work with. I watched a couple how-to videos found on the internet and only had two failures that had to be done a second time. The redo's were not the fault of the product but rather my inexperience using the product. This wrap can be stretched a lot without deforming the Carbon Fiber pattern if you do it carefully and it sticks very well without the use of a primer. If you do find yourself needing to redo a wrapped piece but are not able to rewrap it then, at least remove the wrap from the piece. I decided to rewrap a piece about a week later and discovered the bonding material is very good. The vinyl does peel off later but the longer it is attached, the better it bonds. I had to spend extra time cleaning the glue off prior to rewrapping. The other item I decided to redo, I removed the wrap within a couple hours after wrapping and it came off with no issues and without leaving any glue behind. The end result looks great. I have had several people see the vehicle for the first time and thought it was original equipment. I am very happy with this product and find myself wanting to wrap everything.

The product looks good. Not the easiest to apply. If you use more than product needed for items less heat will be needed to stretch around curves. I bought plastic tools to get the items off my car and to cutter kit and heat gun to install the product. The end was a good result and will buy more for 2 other prices.

Excellent choice for the job!

Adhesive is nowhere bear the strength the 3M products are. I have done 2 years of vynil wrapping and i took this product on a chance to get a customer out by the end of Thanksgiving. As you can see even with heating the vynil to mold around the edges, it just doesnt stick. 3M vynil doesn't have this issue. Vivid is good for flat surfaces and consumer hobby level. DO NOT USE FOR PROFESSIONAL RESULTS.

Once installed this Vinyl looks great! The XPO needs to be installed in warmer temperatures, about 50 to 60 degrees minimum or it will tear very easily. (Happened 3 times)VVIVID reached out to me on my YouTube channel (BOOSTED365) after I made a video discussing the issues and helped out a lot with great advice about dry carbon wraps across the industry.

Decent quality wrap, adhesive is alright, surely could be better installed, but maybe it's just the adhesive itself.Otherwise very satisfied with the wrap. Looks great too.
