Only two problems. The USB is the closure that I like but it does not stay in the housing very well that is attached to the belt. Also, the screws that holds the housing to the belt easily comes loose, I intend to remedy that with some thred lock.

It's a nice binder, I'm not going to say it isn't, it looks well made the rings are tight and it's sewn beautifully, however, it has a few flaws.1. the calculator does not fit properly in its slot2. the zipper on the inside pocket will sometimes prevent you from closing the cover if it's laying flat.3. the magnet closure is really strong, so it's a little difficult to open, you have to pry it pretty hard with your nail. I've broken my nail tip once already.4. the flash drive fell apart after only 4 days5. if you leave the flash drive on the computer or lose it, you will never be able to close the planner again, also the strap doesn't always stay on, it's really loose.I was really looking forward to this binder. I really love the rich mahogany tone of the faux leather, although it does feel like if you were to scratch it on anything it would rip. It's a very smooth, vinyl feeling.

The 3-Ring Padfolio is pretty nice, but for my needs is a bit cramped. I carry some loose brochures and datasheets and other things as well as some tools, and there is very little storage area in this binder. It looks good and I am going to use it, but I am not totally pleased.Hard to tell when choosing this type of thing online, as seeing it in person is the best way to determine the suitability. Still, a well designed piece.

I just graduated with my bachelors in business and as a graduation gift to myself, I bought a padfolio. The Rizwan Executive caught my attention because its style fits my personality. This Padfolio has added to the organizational structure of my day. Raybran's design, material, and unique features were very well thought out and I recommend this product to anyone looking to add more structure to their lives.

Unfortunately I will be returning this for it does not meet up to what I need it for. I needed a notebook that zipped and the latch does not stay secure enough for what I will be using it for.

Like another reviewer, I wasn't aware of where the usb drive was located and I thought I broke the strap the first day when it came off. tada usb drive lol. I like this as I can put in loose leaf paper and tabs to keep my meeting notes organized. one tab for each project. It's not too big to carry around for meetings.

I actually like the binder itself. It’s very nice. But this does not come with any kind of usb storage, which is why I gave the 3 stars.

I do not like the fact that it is not close. The latch that is also a USB will not stay closed
