durable once in use
This hose is about as stiff as I expected, not more but not less, and bends of about 2 foot radius were fine. Some 1-1/2 inch hose barbs seem to be bigger than others and the biggest ones would split the hose (including the reinforcing spiral). It was always a battle to get any barb inserted. But the hose seems rugged. I've had it outside for about 6 months with no apparent damage. Pretty much works as I had hoped.

Garbage. Smaller than 1 1/2 inch
This product was used to replace tiger Flex piping. One and a half inches. The pipe is smaller than one and a half inches and fits loosely into the plastic elbows etc that I use for my plumbing jobs in the pool industry. This hose is garbage. Now I wait for customers to call and complain that I use this product. In order to make it fit tighter into the elbow I had to actually slice the pipe open and spread it to make contact with the inside edges of the fittings. Don't buy it.
