It works best with whole milk
The vanilla flavour is good without being overpowering making it perfect for my favourite pistachio recipe. This is the third time I’ve bought solice and I noticed that using whole milk makes it much creamier compared to skimmed. The preparation is simple even my husband who struggles in the kitchen could whip this up. The key is to whip second time once it is semi frozen which for me was after a long time in the freezer.

Not for me, it’s slimey
The product is easy to make and tastes ok but for me it tasted like alcohol (maybe vodka) which I couldn’t stand. Also, for me, the best thing about ice cream is the creamy melt on the mouth texture. This is actually sticky and slimy which I can’t stand. Great if you want to stay on your goals but I’d rather make a homemade keto cheesecake than eat this

Quick and creamy
This is very tasty ice cream. It is quick and easy to make. The second whipping (after the first hour in the freezer) makes it nice and light and fluffy. A great option when on keto diet!

Nah... Its not nice
Easy to make BUT thats the only positive. Taste is not natural, leaves a nasty after taste and the texture is strange, its too "gummie" to make it like normal ice cream. I will stick to online recipes for my sugar free ice cream.

Far too sweet!
I so wanted this to be good! Like some other reviewers, I’m pre-diabetic so following a low-carb diet. I love ice cream and thought this sounded ideal but it is far too sweet, has a very weird artificial aftertaste and a gummy texture. It is simple to make, although at around £9 a litre it’s expensive. I’ve tried several packets - first made ‘as is’ vanilla and then tried to counteract the excess sweetness with sharp fruit flavours (freeze dried passion fruit or raspberry powder plus some citric acid) or bitter (espresso coffee powder) but nothing worked… Glad some people like it - but can’t believe descriptions of ‘delicious’ or ‘ just like regular ice cream’ as it’s not, in either taste or texture…. Disappointing

A winner for my diet
I’ve been struggling to find sugar free/healthier treats that are more affordable and still tasty and this both delicious and affordable.
