This is a great spice, when you want the taste, but not the extra liquid. Be careful when using a shaker, it gets in the air and your nose quickly, very powdery. But on a slice of meatloaf it's the best and sticks to the meatloaf and doesn't run off like the liquid.

I have been already and will be adding this powdered Worcestershire powder to an endless number of recipes. It adds so much with out the added liquid in a recipe.

Taste is great. Added to much the first time I used it so I did some research. You use 1/5 the amount of liquid. Turned out great

When using liquid Worcestershire to grill you have to marinate the item often it is too much. With the powdered form you can sprinkle on as little you as much as you want. Just store in air tight container with moisture absorber it does not do will with humidity.

Wow, this literally tastes like what comes in the bottle. We are very happy with this purchase.

This is the third worcestershire powder I've tried, the other two were great. Unfortunately, this one has none of the flavor you'd expect. The only thing you can taste is vinegar, no richness, no depth, no umami, very disappointing. The worst part is, I just bought vinegar salt lol.
