My work provides the earphones that are shaped like g that goes over the ear. After a while your ear will get fatigued and start to hurt by the end of the day. And if you are doing physicak activity like stocking goods it tends to come off.With this design the the ear fatigue is less painful than the g style and with the ribber holding it in place it does not fall out. The sound is very loud and depending on the mic distance from your mouth it is very clear.You just need need to make sure you the right radio plug size.

i 've bought a few of these for work in nightclubs so i can wear earplugs underneath the speaker, they work pretty good but they're not durable at all, if it gets caught on something and gets yanked, there's a good chance it will be shot...on average when i buy 3 of them, 1 will not work 100%; either it transmits, but doesn't receive, or the other way around, and it needs to be returnedif you need it to work for sure for job immediately, ya better order more than 1 to increase your chances

This product was meant for me to use at work. I could hear them speaking to me but No one could hear me. Waste of money 100%. Didn’t have time to send it back.

Using as an emergency pair

The prongs do not fit into the radio receiver holes. The prongs are too close together. I tried different radios with the same result. I’m not sure it’s worth my time to send back, just disappointed.

Sound quality was poor . lots of static

The only reason for review is that Plug in was too wide for Motorola Radios we use.
