These are the best that I've found to use for heels or "dress" boots. They won't leave any residue on the soles when you take them off which is a bonus. Once you do have them stuck they do stay stuck for quite a while. I don't try to deliberately walk through puddles but sometimes you have to and these still stay stuck. I've used this brand for years now. I've tried others but this lasts the longest and sticks the best. Price is really good and on par with others, maybe a little lower? I would definitely buy from this seller again and again.

Maybe if you put these on leather bottom shoes or shoes that are completely smooth on the bottom they may work. Unfortunately they did not work for the shoes I tried them on they fell off after the 3rd wear and really they did not offer much grip when they were attached.

Bought this to put on a pair of boots I had where the heel on them were wide and slippery. It helped to solve the heel from sliding on the floor. Will have to wait and see how it holds up in snow and rain.
