I gave this item a bad review before but now that the manufacturer has given me credit toward purchasing glue and reapplying them, I am happy with the final result.(First Review - I received these tiles, loved the design but was not ready to use them for a few weeks. When I opened the boxes the corners were broken on half of the tiles. I tried to salvage as many as I could using the cracked ones for the edges and corners. The next day they were all popping up. The adhesive was bad! I am going to have to rip it up and start all over again. I am going to request my money back. Hopefully they will at least do that!)

Looks good down and was not hard at all to install. Good price for enough tiles to do a small kitchen and entry. If they hold up for even a few years then it was well worth the cost.8/10/12 After having this down in my daughter's kitchen for less than a year here is what has happened to the product--the FILM that is the design has peeled off in literally 35 or 40 places. So bad that we have to tear it all up and put down a new floor. The things stick, sort of... They don't stick if even one tiny corner comes up. AND they tend to bend/break very very easily. NOT worth the money!!!!

Beautiful, need a little something more to make then stick than just the adhesive but once they're down they look like expensive tile.
