i was looking for some good amount of potassium and with this product i get 575 mg per tablet. i take 1 pill per every meal and feel really good.

The main thing is, a balanced diet but if you can take a supplement that you think you may be short of, then it's a good idea. Plus I believe, with these sort of supplements, if you believe that they are helping to do you good and to keep you in better health, then it's a cytological advantage.

Good stuff, bought it for heart health and it seems to have worked. My blood pressure has dropped from approx 140/82 to roughly 120/78 averaged out so well happy - I am in my mid 60's and no specialist, however the dosage of two tablets a day (as they recommend) seems to work - be careful not to take too much, great in safe amounts, not so good otherwise. Mind you I have also changed my diet and dropped out refined sugars and most processed foods etc etc plus I walk a lot, but then again I always have... but that may also have something to do with it

I have a heart condition which is sometimes exacerbated by low potassium. These tablets have worked well enough to nudge me back into the 'Normal ' range.Slightly fizzy on the tongue, but easy enough to swallow. Recommended.
