Das hier war mal ein guter Griff! Ich backe einmal die Woche für uns Brötchen aus Sauerteig mit verschiedenen Mehlen und anderen Zutaten. Und mit diesen 2 Formen endlich mal längere Brötchen. Ich lasse die Mini-Brote 35 Min bei 190 Grad im Backofen, dann hole ich sie völlig problemlos aus den Förmchen und backe noch einmal 10 Min bei 180 Grad die Brötchen kross. Geht super! Meine beste Brot Backform, da die Brötchen sich rückstandsfrei auslösen lassen!

Ich habe die Form jetzt seit 6 WochenVon Anfang an bleiben die Brötchen in der Form stecken selbst nach dem abkühlen. Im Normalfall brauche ich die Form nicht einfetten. Diese benötigt eine Behandlung wie eine KönigenIch kaufe Soltaus nicht mehr

When it said mini baquette i thought i would be at least half of a french baquette. this thing is smaller than that hell you wouldnt even get a hotdog bun out of this. i added a mini baquette a teaspoon and a xbox controller for size reference.
