Yes, they are very stable. The fact that the entire sole is nubbies increases the stability - on grass or turf. It's an excellent shoe, but remember to purchase a size up...and wide, if necessary.

Are these shoes suitable for futsal?

No, these are for indoor or turf. Futsal shoes should have soles similar to basketball or tennis. Good for court play.
