It's clear from the numerous reviews and photos that these lanterns have a wide variety of potential uses. I purchased mine for an object lesson we are doing with our church youth group. Each participant will get a lantern to light their path. They are perfect! They're pretty, but not too pretty to give them to both boys and girls. The size is perfect, and the brightness is impressive for the size. I am totally buying more of these to have at home for decorating. Very happy with this purchase!

I was so pleased with this purchase! Great quality! They looked good! So cute! I had these as center pieces for my son’s birthday and by the end of the night my guest took them all home. So unfortunately I’m not sure of the battery life but they did stay on all throughout the party. The size was a perfect fit.

So I always theme my table and I bought this for a Scourge Theme Christmas table. It worked the light stay on prey long but it did seem a little cheaply made. It's not my best find but it did do the job.
