I ordered these for my son, who was diagnosed with a mild case of autism.The Autism causes him to chew and its usually his shirts that he chews up. We have bought like $600.00 worth of schoolshirts this year from it, then someone told me about these. They work great so far, they get his attention to turn his attention to them instead of his t-shirts, so no more holes ( knock on wood ). They arrived the very next day also. I bought these to make goodie bags for my autistic sons friends coming over for a Christmas party. The party is tomorrow, but i just have to say, i gave my son the smaller bracelet one, and immediately he went to town chewing on it! Reminds me of a landline or hotel corded phone. Ill definitely buy more! No weird smell, i do wash in soapy warm water everything he chews on because i don't know who's touched it. They also seem fairly durable and great for OT uses too (stretching).

It should go without saying that anything you intentionally give your child to chew on or put in their mouth should be cleaned beforehand. But for anyone that plans to give their kiddo these straight out of the package, know that they have a TERRIBLE taste. I can't even describe it really, but it reminded me of the bitter nail polish you use to help stop nail-biting. Definitely something that'll make you spit and have to scrub your tongue to get off.I always test what I'm giving my daughter, whether it's food or something like this that she'll put in her mouth. This was a rude surprise to taste considering it's specifically for children, and most likely special needs kiddos at that. Thankfully the taste went away after a simple handscrub with Dawn but geez it was gross. I can still taste it as I'm writing this and I got this package a month ago.Other than that these work great at intended. They'll be perfect for fidget toys or kiddos that like oral sensory stimulation (putting things in their mouth).4/5

My daughter has sensory issues she chews on everything she hated the teethers because she said it was to noticeable in public so I got this to be more discreet she loves it !!!!! Definitely recommend

I've purchased this product 3 times now. My son is autistic and loves to chew on cords which makes me very nervous so these are a much safer option. We have some for home, the car, and sent a pack to his teacher for my son to have in the classroom. These are perfect for anyone with Autism or ADHD
