I’m gluten free so can’t take it although in the picture it says it’s gluten free with a picture of the gluten free symbol then describes it later as non gluten free I contacted the company who said that they will adjust the product to end any confusion.

Prodotto ottimo e validissimo. Volevo provare la spermidina da mesi e finalemnete mi sono deciso ad acquistarla. La sto usando da circa un mese ma posso già notarne gli effetti benefici, in particolare quelli sul sonno, che è più profondo e rigenerante rispetto a prima, e sopratutto sui capelli, dei quali noto un lento miglioramento in termini di spessore e foltezza. Unica cosa, uso circa 5-6 capsule al giorno (anche più) per raggiungere la dose che ritengo più efficace. Quindi una futura versione con maggiore concentrazione sarebbe l'ideale.
