I am writing this review based on anyone trying to install onto a suspended ceiling. Do not buy this product if you are trying to install it onto a suspended ceiling by yourself. Make sure you have at least 2 other people to help you. I definitely think it's a great product, and could see it being pretty easy to install if I were mounting the hardware into a ceiling joist or wall stud.

Solved the problem of how to hang drapes over 16 feet of picture window without the drapes blocking the view when tied up. As other have noted, the track arrives coiled and is very, very stiff (also very sharp when cut, wear gloves). As a result it's really not possible to hang it as a straight run without some waviness to it. The manufacturer actually notes this in the instructions. If you buy the medium duty you get ball bearing rollers, which are really practically frictionless. To the extent that the wind blows the drapes open and closed, I am using the magnetic latches to hold it shut.
