The Upaloop measures 18.25" height with an 18' base and is engineered and tested to hold 225lbs on the self-powered rotating seat.

Would something like this ever come with back support? I have back injuries that make it painful to not rest my back from time to time.

I didn't make the seat, so I can't tell you if it would ever come with back support. I can tell you that this specific one does not have back support that I purchased. Hope that answers your question.
