I like
Kind of loving this soap so far. I tried another brand that included salicylic acid and coconut shell (as an exfoliate), didn't mind it, but wanted to try another brand and see if there were any differences. This soap is on the softer side, but I do allow it to "air dry" so it's not melting in the shower when I'm not actively using it. It lathers fantastically. As far as the smell, I don't smell any sulfur whatsoever, at least not like my sulfur spot treatment cream (that stuff will ruin clothes because the smell never comes out). I'm not a big fan of the lemongrass scent, but it's not overpowering, nor is it offensive like sulfur would be. I use this soap on both my body and face. It definitely gets a deep, "squeaky" clean. I can get pretty oily, but with it being winter I can see it being overdrying. My skin feels tight, but I haven't noticed any dry skin symptoms. No huge breakouts thus far from my current regimen after including this soap. Will definitely continue to use, and I'll be sure to update my review once I go through the 3 pack.

Strong soap, lathers well, pleasant scent
When I was a child (many decades ago), my mother used sulfur soaps and creams for any skin or scalp issue and it seemed to work, so when I saw this product, I was happy to try it.I like it. It seems to be very beneficial for my rosacea.I recalled also that a dermatologist once recommended a sulfur product (a mask) but it smelled so--well sulfury--that I was a bit afraid the soap would smell bad, but it does not. There is a slight, pleasant kind of herbal smell to it, I think from the lemongrass.Tea Tree oil is also part of the ingredient list, and this oil has been proven to be very effective on skin problems. As a soap, I would rate it as strong, but with a good lather. If you have dry skin, it might not be your best bet. I only use it on my oily T-zone and am very pleased with it. I also like that it USA, natural, and came packaged in a cardboard box (not plastic). Three bars makes it a good buy in terms of the cost. I will no doubt buy it again, though my three bars will probably last me a very long time.PS I just wanted to add that now that I've been using this soap for a couple of weeks that I like it better and better. The lather is really thick and the lemongrass scent is lovely. It appears to be definitely be improving my skin.PSS I just wanted to add that I finished my first bar of this soap, and it lasted a month. I primarily use it on my face and hands, but even so this is a very economical soap that a bar will last that long. I remain very pleased with this soap and will be purchasing it once my two other bars are used up.

No "sulfur" smell
What you get: three 4 ounce bars of sulfur infused soap for $15 which means $5 per 4 ounce bar. When ordering this "sulfur" soap I was concerned about the smell/aroma. As a kid I played in county parks that had well water. The water was sulfur water and it stunk to high heaven, a real nasty rotten egg type smell. Thankfully there is no sulfur smell to this soap. It actually has a pleasant citrus/lemongrass scent, fairly strong but not overpowering. The soap lathers up very well. I use a hand held brush when showering and I didn't need to "reload" the brush after getting it good and sudsy at the start of my shower. The bars do seem a bit softer than most of the bar soaps I've used, I could actually press my thumb prints in to the sides of the bar when dry. It took some effort but the bar I was using was definitely softer than what I'm used to. I get periodic acne breakouts around my eyes and I'm hoping this soap will help alleviate the breakouts. Haven't been using the soap long enough to report any results. So far, so good. A bit on the pricey side but seems to be a good soap.

Good for acne/oily skin
These bars a good sized and the price is reasonable for 3 of them. It lathers up nicely and thankfully, it does not have too much of a sulfur smell. I primarily smell lemongrass. This has helped the teenager with his acne but we found that he needs to leave it on his skin for a couple of minutes before rinsing. Then within a few days, he starts to see some improvement. I tried it on my skin, but it isn't very moisturizing and it dried my skin out. So, this seems to work well for very oily skin and the scent is better than I expected. Since we are seeing results, I'd probably get this again.

Not nearly as drying as I expected
I was very pleased when I tried this soap that it did not have the terrible sulfur smell. You can faintly smell it but it isnt bad at all. The soap is definitely a little drying but honestly I'd be surprised if it didnt. I found it to be slightly irritating to my skin but then I realized that I was leaving it on my skin. If you promptly rinse it off, it is not nearly as drying. It does a good job cleaning up acne. It is also great to remove sunscreen. This is a great choice for teens struggling to clear their faces.

Poor box got beat up
The soap itself was intact when arrived but the box looked terrible, so I would say this isn’t something you will want to gift to anyone.Other than that, this soap doesn’t smell like you would think sulfur smells, thank goodness. This soap lathers well, and is easy to use. I did find that it was a bit soft, which tends to mean it won’t last as long. This soap is drying in a good way, it is perfect for those with excess oil.

Buttery Textured Sulphur Soap
The media could not be loaded. This soap came three bars in a box. My wife was kind enough to help me with this review. The box looked like it was thrown about during transporting but the soap remained intact albeit a little smashed at the corners. The soaps measure 3.5 x 3.3. It’s a good-sized bar of soap. My was was happily surprised that this sulphur soap has a buttery texture and that it smells rather lemony. The soap lathers easily and leaves the skin soft to the touch. It does, however, leave a slight sulphur scent that stays on the skin, but not for very long. Given its gentle scent and texture, this would be a gentle soap to care for skin blemishes. Even after washing off the soap and drying off, the skin feels soft. This soap is certainly worth the money.
