Perfect!!
Bought this set for my 2 yr old grandson's birthday, he adores it. The toaster quickly became he's favorite, sleeping with it at nap time and bedtime. The coffee maker is his seconded favorite, he spends hours at a time making & drinking coffee; cooking bacon and eggs, it tickles me. Love the retro colors, adore the imagination and fine motor skills this toy promotes.Casdon is an excellent company with excellent customer care. The toaster quite popping up the toast, the springe excellent no longer worked; i reached out to the company inquiring if the toaster could be replaced, and it has been.

Great little set, kids still play with daily two years later.
Bought for my almost 2 year old and the set has held up well now that he is almost 4. His little sister (almost 9 months) is beginning to show interest in the pop up toaster. My son has played with the coffee pot and toaster almost daily. The toaster still pops (I find it kind of amazing that we haven’t lost either of the toasts yet!). The coffee pot has lost its lid, but it nevertheless still gets played with. My kids also like the fried egg because it looks different from his other food toys. The other pieces in the set don’t get played with as much, but the set is worth it for the toaster, coffee pot, and kettle alone.

This is a great play set
I bought this for my 3rd child, so we already have a ton of kitchen toys, but they've all been well-used and parts have been lost. I really wanted a set that included a coffee maker that allowed for real water play, and this one is fantastic. It looks like my coffee maker and it works like it as well. I read reviews where people complained it didn't make sounds, but it does use water, and there is that water dripping sound, so I think it's great. The best part - none of these toys need batteries. The toaster pops up, but no batteries were required for that. Everything is a good size for my 3 year old, and even her 9 year old sister has had fun using it. It is well made, and other than the toaster there isn't anything that could stop working on this set. This was exactly what I wanted and I would definitely recommend!

Good enough
These were cute but the box they came in was so sun faded and embarrassing to wrap and gift to my son. He's 2 so he didn't care but the other adults at the party I'm sure noticed. The forks and spoons are way to small it comical to look at them. The appliances are cute and fun for kids to use but everything made out of very cheap plastic. My son isn't a rough kid so I don't have to worry about him breaking them but if you have a kid that's not so gentle with toys don't bother buying these. In my opinion these are way over priced for what you get.

Darling and fun
I was a little afraid this wouldn't be engaging enough for an 8-year-old, but she has had a great time with it. The toaster has a fun little pop when it goes off, the coffeemaker lets water trickle through it (though the reservoir doesn't hold a whole pot's worth of water, so beware!), it's smallish (which is nice for storage) and seems generally well-made.

For real food
My sons love to play chef/restaurant with real food and it's hard to find toys that can be used with real food like when I was younger. But this set comes pretty close.-the coffee machine can be used with real water/tea/coffee....nothing milky but it does filter out the water and fill up the canister like the real deal.-toaster: one has to cut the bread small enough and also it has to be thin enough. Only thin the crumslbs that fall are a bit hardnto take out but nothing a little shaking won't do.- the teapot i good too but considering this is not for real food and heat, we only out cold or like warm water. Also, only water and tea.. nothing milky because it's hard to clean.-the rest of the set is great, we just wished it came with a set for sugar and milk.-giftable: the packaging is very simple. A brown box and you really wouldn't know what it was. But it was great for the suspense.

We absolutely love this product - Great value in this product.
We absolutely love this product. We were in search of a coffee machine because our daughter always wants to pretend to make coffee for us. I found a set locally but it was just the coffee maker and didnt look that cute. This entire set was the same price as the single item at a local store and its absolutely adorable. The toast maker is the cutest thing. Our daughter is 2 so she does not have the hand strength to push down the little toast button so she just pushes down on the toast. A few seconds later the toast pops up. So cute! We did not mess with showing her how to put water in the coffee machine because we did not want to deal with the mess.
